With the initial setup feature for the Rebel ECU, this application streamlines the configuration process, enabling users to connect seamlessly to their Wi-Fi enabled Nexus ECU. The interface mirrors that of the NSP, allowing for a familiar experience when viewing channels and adjusting settings or table contents.
Additionally, it offers the capability to identify and clear diagnostic trouble codes, as well as address configuration errors, such as setting values that exceed allowable ranges. Users have the flexibility to select from both metric and imperial units according to their preferences.
It is important to note that Nexus firmware version 1.26 or later is required for optimal use of the mobile app, with updates available through NSP.
